Camp kit.

1. A light travel bag or a medium size suitcase.

2. See to it that there are only 2 packs of luggage. Because it will be easy to carry them.

3. Log Book and the proficiency Badges. (Keep them in a separate polythene bags).

4. Scout / Guide dress including (Scarf, Belt, Wogle, Rope, Socks, Shoes and Cap for Scouts).

5. Sketches/ pen/Stencils/ Glue/ Rough notes (you mat want this in the camp).

6. Scissors, Needle and thread.

7. Towel, Hanky, Paste/Brush/ etc.

8. In case of clothes just take 2 pairs, if the camp is for three days. Do not forget to take a pair of white clothes for BP’s six exercise.

9. Shoes-Black leather Shoes and Sport shoes.

10. Do not carry too much of luggage.

11. Keep your luggage safely and use keys.

12. Never carry huge cash (money) and Gold ornaments you are responsible for that.

13. Take required Staves, Dharies, Ropes and other material from your school.

14. Recheck every thing before leaving to the railways station.

15. Entire troop should “Pray to God” before leaving to the camp. It’s a good sign.

16. Remember, the lighter the luggage the happier will be the Journey.

17. Please do not carry “Walkmans” or “Discman”. You will have lot of fun that is natural and not man made. O.k.

And last but not the least take photographs in the camp along with your friends and teachers. Because those moments will remain with you forever throughout your life in the form of photographs. This is what I and my friends (scouts/guides) have missed.
